The VentilationJet System
The VentilationJet System® consists of a VentilationJet blowing unit and a vertical fan, the HinovaFan. The VentilationJet blower unit consists of a single tube of approx. 1,400 mm wide with a blower fan at the bottom. The tube is attached to one side of the trellis. The blow-in fan is fitted under this tube. The distribution fan is fitted below. This vertical distribution fan, the HinovaFan, was also developed by Hinova. Both the intake fan and the distribution fan of the VentilationJet System® are driven by fully adjustable and very durable, energy-friendly motors. Our system is also available with UL and CSA approved motors.
How does it work?
The VentilationJet System® is equipped with a fully adjustable inlet fan. This fan brings fresh outside air, from the greenhouse ridge, into the cultivation area. The blowing capacity for drying or cooling the desired air is determined by the horticultural computer. Under the VentilationJet System®, that outside air is brought into the air flow of a vertical fan and mixed with the greenhouse air. Due to the relatively low energy content of the outside air, hardly any disturbance in the climate occurs at the mixing point. Preheating the outside air is not necessary.
For each project a classification is made for the number of units of the VentilationJet System®.
As a rule, we work with a pattern of approximately 256m2. The range of the vertical fan depends, among other things, on the height of the greenhouse and the crop. The VentilationJet System® is suitable for any crop and is integrated into the greenhouse and screen construction. Changes in the cultivation or cultivation system do not lead to adjustments in the VentilationJet System®, unless the capacity must be increased, for example in heavily lit or colder crops. Modules for connection to the horticultural computer are available from almost all leading computer manufacturers.
The VentilationJet System® can be integrated into our wireless network, so that only power points are needed. The network controls and registers each fan separately, based on the control of a climate group in the climate computer.
