Ventilation plays an important role in professional greenhouses. Air circulation optimizes the heat distribution in the greenhouses, this promotes an equal development of the crop. With the HinovaFan you get the possibility to reduce the negative consequences of moisture and heat in a simple and energy-efficient method. The vertical air flow through the crop results in an optimal and uniform microclimate.

Design
The blade is designed to realize a throw as defined as possible, even at a low speed the throw remains standing. The blade is made of high-quality anodized aluminum and is carefully assembled in our own workshop. The blades are provided with notches to allow displaced air to glide silently off the blade.
The air is moved centrifugally due to the position of the blades. This movement creates a under pressure on the inside of the blade. Air is drawn in through the opening at the top and bottom of the blade. This movement causes a vertical movement of air in the crop and results in an optimally uniform microclimate.

RPM Adjustable
In order to be able to adjust the air movement in your greenhouse, almost all our motors are equipped with integrated speed control. Our engines can be controlled by various methods. In addition to the 0-10 volt input, Hinova has developed an extremely reliable wireless system. You can control the fans with a module from your climate computer. This allows you to control the fans without control cables. The change of climate sectors is very simple.
Air movement is required to achieve a uniform climate. Some growers raise the minimum temperature of the pipes. However, a pipe of 104 degrees does not provide much air movement and the greenhouse heats up unnecessarily. Air movement stimulates evaporation, but only if the supplied air can absorb moisture. Problems with mold, edge, guttation, etc.: they all seem to be the consequences of bad evaporation. Air movement within the crop results in a higher RH and lower crop evaporation, but a drier crop and less chance of condensation thanks to more even temperatures.
Our VAF greenhouse fan systems are also available with UL and CSA approved motors.
